Fabulous & Frugal Fun: A Brooklyn Flea

The most wonderful thing about the winter version of The Brooklyn Flea is that it takes place indoors at the fabulous old Williamsburg Savings Bank in Fort Greene.

One of the best features of this market, which only runs on weekends until March 28 and then moves outdoors, is that it make use of all the structure's unique architectural details, such as the teller windows and a basement vault, which has been turned into a food court, or the flea market kind.

Check out my recent trip to the Brooklyn Flea right here:

  1. That looks like a great time! Your right the architecture is wonderful. My husband rents an old bank in town for his ins. office. We love to show people inside the old vaults that are quite small compared to that and so only are used as storage but have a beautiful door. actually 2 doors before you get inside! Thanks for taking us on a field trip! Theresa
